Megan Wenstrom
Megan is Tailored Canine’s rising star in the training world, known for her calm presence, sharp instincts, and deep understanding of reactive and sensitive dogs. She brings a unique blend of behavioral knowledge and creative energy to every session—especially when it comes to teaching dogs tricks that build confidence, focus, and fun. Megan currently leads most of our group classes and private sessions, and her passion for meeting each dog where they are truly shines. With Megan, training is never one-size-fits-all—it’s tailored, thoughtful, and always centered around the dog’s individual needs.
Mistie Badders
Mistie Badders founded Tailored Canine in 2020 with a mission to speak up for dogs and guide their humans with compassion and clarity. As a certified behavioral specialist and mom of two, she’s especially passionate about helping reactive and misunderstood dogs thrive. In 2024, she expanded the business to include grooming, recognizing the need for patient, dog-first care. Mistie leads with heart, always putting the dog’s needs—and voice—at the center of everything she does.
Kylie Smith
Kylie has been professionally grooming since 2016 and brings both skill and heart to every appointment. As a devoted mom of one and lifelong animal lover, she understands the importance of treating each dog with patience, kindness, and respect. Whether she’s working with a nervous pup or creating a fresh, fun style, Kylie’s calm approach and attention to detail make her a favorite among pets and their people alike.
Courtney Hall
Courtney joined the grooming world in 2023 and quickly made her mark with her gentle nature, growing skill set, and genuine love for every dog she meets. With a calm, patient approach, she focuses on making each grooming experience as stress-free and positive as possible. Whether working with first-timers or seasoned pups, Courtney is dedicated to building trust and making dogs feel safe, seen, and cared for—one groom at a time.
